Besides the fact he was very knowledgeable and very pleasant and patient in answering all my questions, what meant the most to me is that he took the time to really focus on my needs and to then find the instrument that most suited me.

I couldn’t be happier with my new keyboard. I was up half the night playing it last night. Moses found a perfect match for my needs and I’m so grateful for his assistance.

I visited another keyboard store last year and had a very different experience. The salesperson there was only interested in showing me the highest priced instruments, with features I didn’t want or need, leaving me frustrated and discouraged.

The instrument came to life, casting an even, "polished" and gorgeously dark sound with just the right amount of clarity on top - marvellous!It's just amazing to me how a good tuning and regulation balances out the instrument. Geoff did a wonderful job.

Hello Tony,
I am writing to let you know that I was simply floored when I saw the piano. It is very beautiful and breathtaking and much more than I expected. One of the most astounding reactions to the piano was one of my students that is in my 6th period piano class. When they came to class, the piano was already there. I didn't bother them about taking out their keyboards because they were very quiet and just taking it all in. Back to the one guy. Generally he is disruptive and mischievous. Not yesterday. He sat quietly for the whole period. I believe the piano had a psychological impact on him. In my mind, I was thinking that he was saying to himself that maybe he had some misjudgements about his purpose in school and his purpose in piano class because he has done his best. I believe by having this beautiful instrument in the classroom, will inspire him and others to make use of their talent and perhaps learn to play and even own something as beautiful and of such magnitude. 
I would like to make mention of the piano movers who delivered the piano. They were very professional, courteous, and expeditious in setting up the piano and removing the old one within minutes. Awesome. Further, I just want to say "thank you" to you and your company for coming through in such a mighty way. I will be in the process of getting the digital lab underway. I am looking forward to staying in touch with updates. Please beware that there is a budget crunch in education across the board. I will not allow this to deter me from getting what I am trying to accomplish. Finally, I wish you all the best and the ultimate good to come to you in life.

"Hi Dennis -- Just a note to say thanks so much for your help in putting together a very good price for the purchase of the Yamaha U-1. It certainly takes time for churches to get their purchase items approved through the appropriate committees. But they finally approved the purchase and it was delivered on February 16. We used it for our first rehearsal last Thursday.
It is a very good piano and just excellent for use in accompanying the weekly choir rehearsals. The U-1 replaces a very, very, very, very old Spinet Acrosonic. So you know what a fantastic improvement this is for our music program. A number of folks were very appreciative of the good price for the instrument and stated to me that they felt I did an excellent job in selecting the instrument. 
Moses was, of course, very helpful in every way. He may have told you that he came to our home in Irvine for dinner a few weeks ago and saw the "225." We had a very nice evening.
